Les Paul Pro?
Is it me or is this guy really uneducated or a dick?
Looks like he's trying to pass off a 60's tribute for 78' pro Apparently he had it refinished and the binding got covered? I don't believe it? What do you guys think? 78' Pro Deluxe 1978 VINTAGE GIBSON LES PAUL PRO DELUXE GUITAR EBONY! | eBay 60's tribute (lack of binding) Gibson Les Paul 1978 Pro | eBay |

Re: Les Paul Pro?
It's got a volute and big headstock. Looks like a Pro to me. Most likely refinished? But definitely a Pro.

Oh, and the serial number says so too.

Re: Les Paul Pro?
EDIT
I thought you meant the first one. Looks like a Pro to me but I wouldn't pay $1500 for it refinished like that.

Re: Les Paul Pro?
Well they both have Norlin features: Headstock and Volute.
The one has neck binding but no body binding (Edit: Article says that the binding was painted over) The other is definitely not a 60's Tribute. So no neither are 60s tributes to my eye.
