Thanks boomer. The guitar is dead mint and sounds great too.
  This is the second '88 I've owned. The first one I got brand new in 1988 when I was first out of school and working. I had the $$$ so I went to get my first new Les Paul. I had always wanted a standard and got virtually the twin of this guitar. At the time I was a little bummed about how dark the burst colors were. I always had visions of Ace's bright Cherry Sunburst and that's what I wanted. Back then this was the color of a Cherry sunburst. Wasn't a real big deal though because I gigged the hell out of the first one. Fast forward 19 years and I wanted another '88. My original was long gone and I saw this one and it brought me right back to being a kid again. Now I regard this unique burst color as a signature of my youth and I won't part with this one. |

I was bored and thought I could go out in the autumnsun, so I made a few more shots of my cherryburst LP. The quality is a little crappy! Hope you still enjoy!
(I like the first one most because of the beautiful coloured leafes!)
