Had to do it....got a couple of hours sun in good old uk, so heres the boys:
My Slash Standard and a Guitar I made for my son with a Nitro blue Dribble-burst finish, Grover tuners, Iron Gear (Rolling Mill) pups, orange caps w/ treble bleed on the tone/volume and graphite nut, also Custom Headstock graphic (my sons name).

The top on your Slash really jumps out at you.. I bet your son thinks the guitar you made for him is really cool, something to Cherish for a long time...

Cheers 05hummer! Still getting used to having a Gibson, as no matter how careful I am playing it seems to be a magnet to marks and scratches! As for the boys guitar, hes only 6 months, but im pretty sure he will play it on his first Platinum album (LOL). It was just a little something to celebrate his birth(immortalize) and will age as he will. It is by no means of the Standard that some of these guys do on the forum, but it was made with love by someone who failed Woodwork along time ago!

Yeah, that's a great top on the Slash. You, and jomo, have the nicest tops I've seen on the Slash models. Maybe he'll chime in with his.
