Is it me or is this a particularly beautiful Les Paul

I'm used to seeing all kind of gorgeous vintage Les Pauls, but this is a brand new one looking for a home, it's a 2009 guitar going at retail

It appears to me to be a particularly gorgeous example of what Gibson can still turn out today?

Or are y'all seeing LP Stds as purdy as this often?

I like the light brown color on the back. I also like the color in the front. The thing I dont like is how the grain is terribly aligned

Has a Carvin look to it... maybe just the angle, but it's a nice looker

i like the stripes to be thicker, like these

Yeah, I like it a lot. I like the subtle top and the straight-grained back. To my eye, the boldly flamed tops can be garish.

It does need nickel though!

I like them all but I must say the last guitar in your post is outstanding!

The finish and top are nice, but it needs tall pup rings and duller hardware.
