Ha! Nice, I like the "limited edition" TRC. I was thinking about a "Studio" one for mine.
Any other mods planned? I would really like to see a white or black one with the cream plastics swapped out for blacks, but I am dreading it because then I would want one for purely cosmetic reasons. Peace Rex |

thanx guys...
if you buy the tribute for cosmetic reason you'll be surprised how good it sounds... about mods... not really... i only tried to swap the plastics of the tribute with my special... the PG is not a p-90 one but it gives a good idea of how it could look like... the special looks goofy   edit : i have to change the button on the tribute... i don't like those ones... maybe reflectors silver or gold... or others if you have a better idea

Wait a second, the Studio Tributes (both 50s and 60s) should come with a plain black truss rod cover. I made my comments with that in mind.
I was thinking of putting a "Studio" one on mine just for kicks, but it's not that important to me. meursault, you're saying that your guitar came like that from the factory? Peace Rex |
