P90 suggestions for a deluxe
I'm about to grab some p90s for my old deluxe with minis, but I don't know what to get. I'm in uk, and was already to buy bare knuckles, at £140ish a pair, but they are obviously good, but the best? Subjective I know, but any imput would be grateful. What would you put in it? I want it to sound more like my hot strat with Mick brierley pups in it, but don't want to order from oz again. Thanks.

Re: P90 suggestions for a deluxe
I've never tried any boutique P-90s, but I don't feel the need, either. The Seymour Duncans I have suit me just fine, including an Antiquity.

Re: P90 suggestions for a deluxe
The Seymour duncans are £100 each, but a pair of bare knuckles are £140 a pair, with lollar in between. So the SD. Are more expensive.

The Seymours are £61 each here, though if you can stretch to it, Bare Knuckles are amazing Pickups.

Re: P90 suggestions for a deluxe
They're also a bit of a pain in the arse to get hold of in the UK, assuming the OP wants new ones, though I'm sure there's an abundance of guys who've taken then out of their Gibsons and want to sell up. I still think Bare Knuckles are the best Pickups around.
