Looking for a picture of a

Ebony les paul custom with out the pic guard... I have yet to see anything in the gallery or on line for that matter...

Just got off the phone with my local dealer and he was telling me that they don't come with out the pick guard... The picture above tells a different story.... So I don't know what to believe.. Just now got off the phone with Gibson, sure enough you can't get them with out a pick guard installed....ergh...

Thanks, Tim A! It's my baby.. I love her so much.

uloozer, I just took mine off for this pic. The do not come without pickguards. You can buy one with the pickguard, and remove it, and put the screws back in the holes, or get small black screws to fill the holes if the gold bothers you.

While not an Ebony Les Paul Custom, my LPC came without the pickguard when I purchased it. I Can't bring myself to drill holes to install one either!

Whooo hooo... Found a Ebony custom with out a pick guard.. Found a dealer in Missouri who will order one for me....He must have some big contacts at Gibson
