also post threads where they belong, for example this thred doesnt have anything to do with the gibson section so maybe the backstage wouldve been a better choice.

You pay for a Premium Membership... but I can just about guarantee you'll never get VIP until you stop being "lazy" with your sentence structure. Use capitalization, use punctuation and proper grammar. You don't have to be perfect, but make an effort to at least present what you're saying as if you actually care about the people who will be reading it.

Although I am a "Premium Member" I am not so sure given the chance I would become one again. It was presented as a way of contributing to the site and I am absolutely fine with that. I spend a lot of time here and get a lot of fun and enjoyment from it. I was right to put something into the kitty. However, I feel the title has something of a brown nosed tinge to it now. There are a lot of Senior members who have really contributed to this site and I feel it's a "bought" title. Just like when the Yanks come over to my country and buy up "Lords of the Manor" titles and take them back to Wisconsin or Des Moines. I wish I'd donated anonymously and stayed a Senior member in all honesty.

I know what you mean Cookie dude. I had donated to the site way before "Premium Member" was brought around, so I was "grandfathered" into it. I asked to be returned to V.I.P. but it wasn't granted.

And you know why Jomo? Because the more Premium members are exposed to the site the more members will want to become Premium. I'm not knocking it, I understand perfectly the logic but I do feel a bit for you because really, if I wanted to get a bit anal about it you shoul be "Premium VIP Member"!

That to me seems fair.

As for me I'll settle for "Brigadier-General-FieldMarshall-Premium Member"!

i would kind of like to be back at vip member status again. i am happy to contribute to the cause as a paying member of the site, but i feel too that the "premium" status has a little bit of a stigma attached to it now. oh well. life goes on.

Meh, depends how you look at it Cook. Playing the clown adds just as much as a guy that posts technical/helpful information. We all enjoy the lighter side of MLP.
