He's probably watched a Crocodile Dundee film and headed off out into the outback for motivational inspiration.

Re: The MLP community video blog.

I'd be completely happy to step in as a sub for Paul... I have a range of Les Paul topics to discuss, worked in the music biz, and would love to help keep the thread alive until Paul returns.

Send me the blessing and it will be done.

Yes, and don't forget to mention we have a traitor in our midst. Vasco was caught out playing a banjocaster. He can now no longer be considered as forum policeman and should be instantly stripped of his title..That of.. 'Torquemada Grand Inquisitor'.
And while you are about it damndirtyape, tell him to stay up north where he belongs this summer and not to soil our lovely southern UK coastline with the likes of empty beer cans and chocolate bar wrappers.

I think I'll have to have an attempt at one of these vids one day.. I'd probably get banned though..

I actually feel quite ashamed.

after the pressure is off from term 3 at school I should be making a return, It would be brilliant to have you help damndirtyape, it really would, it was hard trying to cover MLP by myself.

Re: The MLP community video blog.

Hey All!

My first blog for the site keeping the seat warm for Paul while he takes a hiatus with school. Once Paul returns to his rightful throne, Im outta here. LOL So here's what I did, I've taken a bit of a more general direction, and as I get your pulse, and feedback, we'll definetely talk more about the site. I really want to focus on playing guitar, as well as trying to showcase some licks, new players, hip music, some tech hints, and the occasional product review (Les Paul Traditional Pro) if my wife doesn't divorce me first. (SIC) This is Paul's baby, I hope to hold down the fort, and entertain ya'll with some MLP guitar talk.

Feeback welcome, and feel free to add me as a friend.

So getcha popcorn, here it is!!! Below are some links to check out as a reference of what I covered here in the video.... Enjoy!!!

1) Thin Lizzy

2) :: Bill Baker's Ace Frehley Archives :: Bill Baker Guitar Tech

3) Watch the Blog! LOL

4) Substitute for "nut sauce"? [Archive] - Harmony Central Musician Community Forums Debate the Chap Stick...

5)
Matt Churchill, my favorite unknown Guitar Player. Tones Galore, more taste than Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Great work damndirtyape71..

Hey I may borrow a camcorder and do a blog one day.. Never done one before.. Of course it won't be serious like you guys, nor informative, just completely insane.

Good to see you back from walk about and back on the scene again Paul.. You are definitely morphing into Hank Marvin. Get that AC30 and that fiesta red Strat out man..

Allright, I gotta be honest about something...

I don't know what the big deal is about this.

I just did one for Geartalk. It didn't take much effort except to turn the camera on along with a willingness to dish on stuff for a few minutes.
