Getting a lot of 'No Data Received' errors

High winds here today.
A steady 30 mph with gusts to 40. Raw. Was streaming a movie thru Netflix, came back to the computer a couple of times,,,,not connected to the internet dafuq? |

Today there's been quite a few of them.
eta: I've been using Chrome for over a year (since the Great Double-Posting Hiccup of 2011) and it's very rare that ND errors arise ... and usually they come in groups. |

I'm getting it on 2 separate ISPs with Chrome , FF and IE.
