Site is very slow

Having problems browsing this site. Since Monday (7/18) the site has been very slow in responding. When clicking onto an individual thread topic it is a 50/50 chance that I get a blank white page - this is after it taking 2-3 minutes of "Waiting for www.mylespaul.com" in the browser.

Has happened using Firefox, IE 8 or Iron - three different browsers.

Posting is all but impossible, again it seems to be a 50/50 chance the attempt will time and no post is made, and again it takes 2-3 minutes to either post or fail.

It does not appear to be a bandwidth issue as I am seeing Zero packet loss and an average of 49ms RTT to the site..
