hello to all my friends in here..
i wanna ask your opinion...is a SQUIER by Fender is a good guitar? please tell me the details & comment...ive got one Squier by fender,i think its an alder body & rosewood mahogany... can someone tell me the details about this Squier by fender guitar.. is it a good or bad guitar?   thanks... have a nice day ok...

not undertanding ur question, but they are good guitars if u pick it out as theirs good ones and bad ones. i have three of em all of which i patyed 50 bucks for. the best thing to do is change the pups out and pots

Some have been terrible, many are awesome for the money! The newer Vintage Modified series, the new Classic Vibes. Those two are excellent! The Deluxe Strat is also great for the money. And yeah, even the standard Squier line uses alder.
Oh, and the Pro Tone's from the 90's were KILLER! |

My Classic Vibe '60s Strat is a great guitar. The pickups are great, all the hardware is acceptable, comes with some lower grade electronics... but the craftsmanship is top notch. Sounds and plays great right out of the box.

I love my squier vibes, aside from shoddy pots, switch, and skimpy trem block (most mim fenders till recent had those too) They look great, play great, and sound great, just a few inexpensive mods is all she needs to compete with guitars costing MUCH more. i actually sold my MIM fender to get the 60's one (sunburst)

don't know to much about those squiers Vla. but they are made in China and I think yours is a 2005. The few I have seen are the ones with a hb in the bridge. I never paid any attention to them. Hope this helps. Still make them ? IDK

ohh..ok..so,its a chinese squier...8-may-2005...production #71...

Squiers use alot of different woods for the bodies. Everything from Alder to Agathis, Basswood, and some of the Koreans were some kind of Ply.

Ya like Yogi says , the only body woods I could come up with was Agathis or Alder? Not much info out there. I don't know when but it seems they are no longer made.
Maybe reworked into the CV Squires IDK. If you like it and it plays well thats all that matters. Must be built pretty well if nothing is wrong with it and it is 4 years old. Enjoy. Oh people did say the neck was a slim profile and played well.

oh i see...
as what ive seen & check from my squier... i think mine is alder wood... all i got to do now is set up my bridge to get my tuning more stable... and maybe ill change the pickups later,now im broke.. anyway this squier guitar sound nice to me... hi hi hiii...

They're allright. I'd put 'em on par with Epiphone in terms of quality.
As long as you don't use the trem bar, it's serviceable.
