Nice Strat, Love the Blue and it is almost the same color as some of the ones I have had. IMHO You have the best of both worlds now with a Strat and your epi LP Now you better get practicing

I have one that looks something like that!!

I was in a Guitar Center a few weeks ago and they had 4 or 5 Lake Placid Blue Strats and 1 Tele in. It was weird because, like you said, they don't have them very often and they had several. They all looked good.

I own an 05 American strat and I actually haven't and wouldn't change a single thing on it. It took me about 6 months before I bought it looking for "the one" and I am really satisfied with it as is. I did end up putting 11's on it though.

Congrats little bro, that's a real sweet guitar you got. Reminds me of my old rhythm guitarist's strat. It doesn't get much sweeter than a clean strat on the neck and bridge pickup.

My '08 Am. Std. Strat is enroute from Hawaii and my locking Fender Schaller tuners will likely arrive before the guitar. After having these tuners on a Am. Deluxe, I will immediately put them on any Fender I ever own (unless I buy a vintage at somepoint).

My guitar with the locking tuners had better tuning stability than any guitar I've ever owned...and it was the only one with a floating trem. The string changes couldn't be easier. This might be a worthwhile and relatively inexpensive upgrade for Studio Fire. Of course, those strats are quality, great sounding and playing guitars as is.

Studio Fire:
Don't wait too longer before posting a video with your trio. I'd love to see that strat in action.
