Bought 'nother Telecaster....no pics yet....
A couple of nicks, but I couldn't pass up a USA Highway 1 for $500! Sunburst, with a Fender bag.

I see why it was 'traded in'. It needs a setup BAD!!!! Looks like it needs the neck shimmed, the saddle height screws ground down, a TR adjustment, and probably the nut slots filed.
It oughter be shweet when I get it done!

This is one case in which a professional setup is definitely needed. I just put it in the bag and set it aside until I can get it to the place where I have 'setups' done.

Strings vs. No Strings

Personally, I like strings. They add a little bit of something to the overall tone of the guitar. On the other hand, why cover up a beautiful neck and that picture perfect tele bridge.

There are strings on the guitar. I use .0008 (not .008) gauge strings on all six. They are so fine, they don't even exist, but they are easy to bend.
