I know it's not the best Tele on the planet but it fits me like a glove, my favorite out of every Tele style I've played so far.

Recently dropped a set of Lawrence Microcoils into this black Tele and added a red guard



These two now not only match each other as a gigging pair, both having a set of Bills pickups in and a 4 way switch, but they mirror each other in looks as well.

The 3 way is wired up for tone pot options. 1 is bypass, 2 is a 0.022 orange drop, and 3 is a 0.047 PIO. So, not really either scheme.

Yes its the 64 Custom point to point wired reissue with the Diaz mods. I actually found it at an estate sale.

Lucky duck! I scored my '68 Super Reverb at an estate sale too! $500! Can't beat that.

If I had that amp I'd have to get my rosewood board Strat out, tune to EFlat, kick on my Tubescreamer, and play "Pride and Joy"!

I didn't steal it, but I did pay less than market. I would say it was wholesale priced. Still a deal and it's a keeper because they are pretty rare.

Funny thats almost exactly what I do! I have a 57 (body)/62 (neck) hybrid reissue Strat tuned a half step down that I get my Jimi and SRV on with. And yes there is a TS-808 involved!

Just got done playing my Tele. It has THE electric guitar sound IMO. The bridge pickup is perfect, the neck pickup as well. They just rock.

Mine's an SX but it's still awesome!
