Actually the poly finish isn't as thick as i thought, so no need for dulling. The colour of the finish is real hard to catch properly on the camera, all depends on the light of course, here's another couple pics which make the guitar look completely diifferent. kjlugo, thanks!

It is a lot like mine then. I contemplated the dulling, but in the end I've decided against it because it looks great as it is and not at all thick and gaudy like some Epis I've seen. I must be one of the lucky ones that doesn;t have any problems with any aspect of my Epis.

Here's another shot of mine, sans pickguard, as is my favourite style at the moment.

Here's my '07 Qingdao Lester with Iron Gear Hot Slag pickups and Orange Drop caps. I like the knobs high.

Unfortunately this 1967 Riviera is not mine. It's such a nice guitar.

My el cheapo $99 Epi Les Paul Junior. Not a bad guitar - not bad at all for a hundred bucks...

Although the humbucker is very decent in this guitar, I'm thinking of swapping out the bucker for a GFS Dream 90 - for that P90 sound..

How's it going peeps. I new here so I'm not too sure how everything works, but I'm here because the other day, I went into one of my music stores, and fell in love with this unusuall Limited Edition Dot ES 335, with block inlays, and Ice Tea finish. I've been looking everywhere to get some info on it, but seems non existent, even on Epi's website. Anybody know where I could get some info on this baby? It's a wicked guitar

Not to be mean, but I think those tuning head washers look a little too big. Im not fake authority, but they seem quite large
