Talking Pick Ups to mod my black beauty with

Hey everyone... just wondering what everyone wouuld do if they could put any three after market pick ups into a black beauty... and why/what sounds would they acheive.

Also, can anyone give me an idea of what sort of sounds I would get from a P-90 in the bridge or middle position?????

Thanks very much guys

I would probably put the pups that are in the Ace Frehley Gibson Les Paul, in fact i have been thinking about buying that guitar, i see that it was Gibsons guitar of the week , for week 42...

Those pups btw are the Dimarzio brand..

Yeah I saw that.... 3x Super Distortions....

I'm not nearly familiar with KISS enough to really recall what Freely's tone and sound is like... but I like your thinking...

Or maybe the three Jimmy Page Burst Bucker's from the new JP Black Beauty....

What does everyone think of that idea???

That's what I put on my (1 Dimarzio SuperDistortion in the bridge). I really love the tone, but you must know that they are pretty agressive, if it's what you want then it's cool.

I dunno about putting this pup on the neck position would do... it's really a bridge position pup... Frehley rarely put his switch out of treble position, so I guess he doesn't know either.
