A lot of feedback with my epi and amp set up

Hi everyone im using a Crate GLX15 Amp with my epi les paul standard and im gething a lot of feedback when i use the distortion(overdrive) mode sometimes i only turn off and on my amp and the feedback get fixed it

but yesterday the feedback was a lot and also with the guitar unplugged it from the amp

any idea what can be i only have 3 days with the amp i need to change the amp for a new one

also i have the option to change this amp i think a Marshall MG15CDR but it doesnt have digital Effects

Hmmm......What are your amp settings on that Crate? (What do you have the Drive/crunch set to, the master, the treble, bass, presence, etc.)

hi i had a lot of noise and feedback with everything on cero level it doesnt matter it was on clean or drive channel nut bassically

gain 7 level 7

bass 7 mid 5 treble 7

I'm in agreement with LP Junkie....You may want to take your amplifier in and have them look at it. This sort of stuff isn't really easy to diagnose without actually looking at the amp and hearing the issue....
