Epiphone Les Paul Standard & SG 400 pickups
Anyone who knows something more about theese pickups other than itīs a Alnico 5 magnet in them?
Would be gratefull for answers... |

supposedly based on the Gibson 57 Classic
some specs: neck 8.5k bridge 13.8k brass baseplates, chrome plated brass covers. they aren't bad per se, but there are definitely much better out there.

Thanks man, my little brothers are getting thoose guitars and i´m trying to find some new pickups at a low price Seymour duncan perhaps but wanted to know what the epi pickups were like or based on in case my little brothers like the character of the pickups. but it´s their first eletric guitars so the pickups will have to do for now.
