PAF pickup - what caps??
Hi, wondering what sort of capacitor you would suggest for a vintage-style PAF in the neck position? It's a Seymour Duncan SH55 Seth Lover...
I wanted to buy a set of repro bumblebees from rs, but should I go for rs guitar cap .015 or .022s instead? I keep reading a lot about caps, but I can't seem to find a solid answer, just what most setups use... BTW I'm also having quite a hard time as my interests vary from blues, jazz, classic rock, metal and anything in between. My bridge pickup will be more for the harder stuff, I need the neck to be useful for the clean tones... Any ideas?

Re: PAF pickup - what caps??
Yes thats the latest trend in neck pup cap a .015 .The neck pos. is usually pretty dark to begin with so a .015 will attenuate less treble at the lower 5-0 settings on the tone control. IMO those repo, well some are said to be bogus compared to the old ones. Vqs(PIO) are good as well as many others ,ask member Jonesy what he has in. or not. He may have some real BB they cost quite a bit , the Vqs are a lot cheaper and work pretty much the same.
