Re: Epiphone Owners!!!
![]() Ive never seen an epiphone owner bashing a gibson, although most elitist owners agree that the elitist is better than the gibson usa line-at least specs show that. But gibson is just...gibson! makes me want one anyway

Re: Epiphone Owners!!!
but that hurts my feelings, being an owner of a guitar from the "gibson usa" line, now i know how it feels being bashed, people saying that you spent your money unwisely

![]() If you're happy, thats all that matters! The USA/Elitist argument all comes down to matters of preferences and priorities. Chinese and Korean Epiphones are NOT nicer guitars than their Gibson USA counterparts... that cannot be argued. Not even Norlins.

Re: Epiphone Owners!!!
hey dice what's a "troll thread"??
And what epi owner thinks their non-elitist epi is better than a Gibby? I must now conclude this post with a completely blatant comment: FENDER IS THE BEST!

Re: Epiphone Owners!!!
I own an 83 Gibson Les Paul Std, and I have been looking at new Les Pauls for the last couple of years.....but all the ones I played were frankly junk. I recently bought a new Epiphone Elitist Les Paul and to be honest, the new Gibsons can't hold a candle to the build quality of the Elitist, which is half the cost. I don't know if that qualifies as "Gibson Bashing"......because to be honest, I feel like the Elitist IS a Gibson made in a country and a factory that actually cares about the quality and details....I believe Gibson USA gave that up many years ago.

Re: Epiphone Owners!!!
Just pokin fun at ya. Seriously, the lengths that you went to to determine if it is chambered just goes to show , IMHO, just how much of a non issue it is in general. It wasn't like this is sh!t, I wonder why.

Re: Epiphone Owners!!!
yea honestly i don't care if it is chambered, the reason i think some people won't like the new 2008 standard is all the complicated electronic doohickeys
