Is this a real epiphone les paulzakk wylde custom

Ok long story short i was directed here from ultimate guitar.com after asking this question. I have wanted a guitar like this for ages and this guitar looks real but im not sure. You guys are the experts... Epiphone Zakk Wylde Les Paul Custom | eBay

I'm no expert (at all), but I see a couple questionable things on it that make me doubt it's an actual Epiphone.

(like the rounded bolts holding down the stop bar)

I highly doubt the guitar is just one year old......

and this case is just wrong for a Les Paul......

No expert here either, but I'd pass it up.... Epi logo looks "off" ... but then again, I've never paid attention to the ZW's .... I dunno...

its fake. i actually own the guitar and the neck isn't supposed to be glossy. its supposed to be a raw neck, just sanded

*edit*- might just be the picture. in any case, i would inbox the seller for a clear picture of the neck, as well as a serial #

. Just wondering what the differences are between a real and fake custom. Ps i am ok at guitar but i hardly buy guitars

BTW, there are more differences........

If you can't tell the difference, you should never buy at places like ebay, IMO

Hard to tell, but the text on the Pickups seems too long aswell? Should just say EMG in the corner, but it looks a lot longer?

The pickups are the EMG-HZ models the Wyldes used to have. The Epi logo is to far down on the HS and the diamond is too far down on the HS. The pickups would be correct for older models, but that HS is all out of whack.
