Which Switch?
I'm upgrading the electronics in my '08 Epi LP ST. I know I need short shaft pots, and I'm upgrading to Russian PIO caps and a Switchcraft jack. I'd also like to replace the pup switch, but I'm not sure which one I need. I think I've narrowed it down to 2 options. Can anyone tell me which switch is the correct one for my Epi?

Either should work but I've found the shorter switch easier to work with. The deep set nut is needed on the long switch but optional on the short version. I got it anyway although I didn't use it. You will likely need to add some additional washers to the short one, but that's my recommendation.

Thanks, SJM. I just placed the order for the parts at Allparts, and 2 Russian caps (.015 and .022) from Martin Six Strings. I'll make some before/after tone recordings and post pics when I'm done.
