I was leaning towards a gold B7, but Travis Stever has a beautiful LP Standard with a B5 that is making me reconsider

I still think B7 is the way to go for a more classy look

Here's my Wildkat with whom I was recently reunited in an epic 4-hour jam. Man, I missed her!

Re: Show your Epiphones with Bigsbys

Question for all of you Bigsby equipped LPer's. Are locking tuners and a roller bridge absolutely necessary? Are they needed at all? I was budgeting on installing both when I slap a Bigsby on my LP, but this thread makes me wonder if it's worth it.

I don't have either on any of my three. As the installation instructions say, graphite is your friend (nut and saddles). As they don't say, so is 3in1 oil (Bigsby itself).

I have a roller bridge because it was inexpensive in a package deal from STEWMAC with the bigsby. I don't know how it would play with the regular TOM, but I will say that the roller bridge doesn't hurt tuning.

Re: Show your Epiphones with Bigsbys

Nice Wildkat!!

I played a Gretsch today after work that had a Bigsby, (first time playing a Bigsby.)

Gotta admit it gave me gas and I came home and put a Wildkat on my guitar list. I like the idea of a semi-hollow that's smaller then the norm. Very Rock n Roll!
