took a little miror dentists look in yer mouth with, and looked and the toggle switch has epiphone ENGRAVED in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!! its real right?

sounds like it , check the side of the input jack as well and back of the pups if youre worried still....

the epiphone les paul ultra rules! i wanna start a very zeppeliny band called zed leppelin. i want to have a push pull pot system and some custom jimmy page pickups put in then i want to have my neck shaved however they have to shave it for it to be very fast playing and comfortable. i played a peavy before and my fingers almost played by them selves! i want the neck like that! i want to hear peoples opinions on this so feel free to share ideas.

You will need to start a new thread then, this thread is for fake epiphones, the ones we report etc. we don't want to fill it up with too much off topic stuff. Anyways you would probably get more replies if you posted a new thread in the main list.

Hey guys, we are going to take a vacation from reporting fakes. Not like it will matter, eBay doesn't take them down anyways. We are going to both write emails to eBay telling them why we are dissatisfied with their customer service. Maybe then we will start to report guitars again, and continue if they actually get taken down. We will still be more than happy to tell you our opinion on guitars you are interested in buying, or have bought.

It matters, gentlemen. eBay has their hands full, what with Tiffany, Louis Vutton, Rolex, etc. Report to Gibson/Epi what you can, but you certainly deserve a rest. You have prevented a significant number of forgery sales. We at MLP, and especially the MLP Thread Pirates, salute you!

GNR has been saying its been cutting into his playing time, and it has for me. Also I'm going to college and need to get situated while he is at Vegas. I find myself watching movies and reporting guitars at the same time. Right now I just need to play my Invader lol.

off topic, but i thought i'd comment on your guitar playing:
not bad, but could be easily improved in 2 easy steps:
-dont look so bored.
-get your guitar in tune with ozzy! it makes my ears bleed ! nothing worse than the lead off by a couple of clicks !

get those 2 right, an re-record

apart from that, yeah, keep up the good work spotting fakes and trying to get the b@st@rds.

I've just been bored playing lately, so thats why. I keep on trying to take a break but never can for some reason. And Ozzzy tunes a little flat right?

I've decided to take the Klusons off the LP, and am going to put them on the SG tonight. It just feels like I have to fight my Les Paul to play it, which is not fun, and then I find myself bored. When I play my SG I feel like I can play pretty much anything. Although after playing Les Pauls at GC my faith was restored in them, and I will own another some day, perhaps an Elitist if these cheap ones turn out to be legit.
