Epiphone Les Paul elitist vs Tokai Love Rock

Hello. I live in the UK and Im trying to decide whether to get the Epiphone Les Paul Standard Plus elitist or one of the Tokai Les Paul like models like the LS-150. Not many people seem to have the Tokais in stock however, but they are coming into the country later this year. Does anyone have any ideas of which ones are better?

^ Most feel the MIJ Elitist are a better guitar than the MIK Tokai,
not sure but I think the Fugi-Gen plant is the Japanese maker that also made the Tokai(MIJ) . IMO the Elitist would be the one to get. Any Elitist to try?

Also ask in the other guitar section , I seem to remember some talk of Tokai there.

MIJ over MIK any day - an MIJ Tokai v. MIJ Elitist is probably a tossup - I haven't played a Tokai, but don't see any possible improvements w/ the Elitists over than a Nitro finish. I own 2 Elitists.
