New R8 on ebay - price too low?

I have recently been mulling getting rid of a few of my guitars and getting a Custom Shop model. I see this ebay seller is selling an R8 and has sold a few recently in the mid-$2000 range, and they are new:

Isn't this a pretty low price for a new R8? Should I be skeptical of buying from this guy? He seems to have great feedback.

That guy is pretty reputable.

R8s were on sale over the weekend at GC - $3099 from $3699.

I saw on Ebay one from Mark's Guitars for starting bid of $2500 and it is sweet! Keep me from buying it! LOL

Nah, you shouldn't be too skeptical guys got great feedback and it looks legit from what I can see, and he's very descriptive.
