condition good or not?

This could go in the SG section but it seems to also fit here.This guy descibes the guitar as having dings, scratches, and swirlmarks on the top, the back and the headstock. And he says there is sticky residue (from stickers an the top and on the back of the neck(this must make playing a tad difficult).
So basically he is saying it was not really taken care off and all scratched up. (my words, not his)
Then he says other than that the guitar is in good shape.

I had to laugh. What is the "other than that" part of the guitar? The strings? Well at least those are in good shape. (sarcasim)

What is it? scratched up or in good shape?
