With a refin and headstock repair I don't think so.
Something looks odd where the neck and headstock join maybe its just the angle of the pic.

Don't see how you could ask 130k for that guitar. It looks like it needs to be completely gone over. And you're right, where the neck and the headstock join, it looks reaaaaalllly abnormal. That poor guitar. =[

He says it had a poorly done headstock repair. You can see the scarf joint on the neck. This one has been for sale for a few months now.

He needs to get together with the guy selling the 12k 1960 classic and ...... I'd offer $3.50 , but that's just me.

It does not look right to me. For a 52 year old guitar the finish looks to good. It did not say anything about a refinish. With all the repairs it would probably have to be refinished. Geez, that scarf joint looks like my 2006 Epi plus top
