Peter Green Mod an '03 Custom
Sorry to bring this mod up AGAIN but I have some specific questions...
I want to do a Peter Green mod on my '03 Gibson Les Paul Custom. It has stock pups (490R in the neck, 498T in the bridge) and I'm just wondering if the mod is possible with these? I think wiring it out of phase is out of the question but a magnet flip in the neck pickup would be possible, correct? Also, does anyone have any definitive instructions on how to take the pickup apart and flip the magnet? I'm guessing it's more of a "rotate" than a "flip"? Thanks, Jamie |

That helps, thanks.
I've also found this: Project Guitar :: How To Change Out A Humbucking Bar Magnet Which doesn't look like something I'd want to do myself! |
