I need Help!

I'm currently rewiring my Epi Zakk Wylde Les Paul and so have bought a set of Seymour Duncans (JB and Jazz) and a les Paul upgrade kit

( Blurb- This kit consists of four custom audio taper 500k split shaft long shaft CTS/CGE pots, two of the 0.022 Sprague Orange Drop Capacitors, four feet of USA made 22 gauge, 4ft cloth covered wire ,one meter of silver braided wire, one USA 3 way toggle switch and a Switchcraft USA jack socket.)

My problem is that after screwing in the new hardware i realised that (although i can solder) i don't really know what i'm doing. I'm pretty adamant that i'll be doing the installation work myself as i'd like to know how everything works but i really don't know what type of wire goes where on the switch and pots etc.

I can install the pickups easily as i have already installed the same set in an Epiphone SG but this wiring malarky is starting to bother me.

If anyone has any photographs of Les Pauls with this kit or the same wiring then i'd be very grateful if you could post them so i can see where everything goes and start enjoying my guitar again. Also pictures of a wired switch would come in handy too.

Thanks for reading (I realise i've gone on a bit now). Paddy.
