I meant everything in the design to be like a normal guitar,using large enough bones that could be shaved and cut into the shape of a LES PAUL!

Not that we hate your ideas, but why? I just don't get the point of using bone. I guess it could be an interesting conversation peice.

i hope you dont mean one solid bone for the body b/c where would you ever get a bone that large. last time i checked dinosaurs were extinct so thats out of the question

I think the Whale bone would be your best-bet size wise.
Take a trip to Dana Point Ca. find a construction site, and scan any area they are moving dirt. They find entire whale skeletons there all the time. good luck, and dont forget your shovel. |
