New soundclick MP3

As promised here it is. Kinda rough first take, but I wanted to test everything out and get things out there for anyone to check out.

SoundClick artist: Big Road - page with MP3 music downloads

Guitars: My LP project guitar w/Rio Grande Texas humbucker in the bridge (all bridge on this one), PRS Soapbar SE w/ P90s (bridge only)

Amp: Mesa Boogie Lonestar 212 (clean channel for rhythm, gain channel for leads--same settings both solos)

Recording Gear: Lexicon Alpha w/Cubase LE software, Sure SM58 mic, no effects, processing or EQ alteration on mixdown

Check it out and link me to your stuff when you do. I really want to know what everyone is doing on this forum.

Very cool. I like the mid-rangy vibe.

Here's a link to my soundclick. Not much on it--a few demos after I got my WB **** Green's into my R9. I do have a couple of other songs in there though. Check it out.

A lot of times my blues tends to drift a bit close to SRV, one of my biggest influences.

I really like the tone of your stuff as well. Great variety and the WBs sound amazing. How are the ****s different from some of his other pickups (aside from the Peter Green "adjustment")? I'm assuming that the Free clip was the same guitar and pickups as well too. How was your Marshall EQed on that?

You know...I think I am finally getting the hang of it. Next challenge...tomorrow night live rhythm tracks with my whole band sans solo and vocals. Should be interesting. If we get something to keep, I will throw on a vocal, etc. and post it.
