John Mayer?
Whats everyone heres view on john mayer, In my opinion I believe he is one of the great blues players of today, hes got great tone, studied at berklee, and can land some serious babes!

Saw him on a DirectTv special and the show was quite good.
Bought one of his albums and found it to be a snoozer in comparison. -Won't do that again.

John Mayer Trio Live album is really good...
Good tone, great chops, melodic and a good listen. I like his newest album a lot and his Axis Bold as Love cover is good.... I don't get it why people don't like him, he's one of the few or the only "pop" stars out there that is playing guitar and really sings his songs live...

I wish hed start playing blues again and stop trying to go top 40 and worrying about writing stuff just to be the radio. hes a great blues player and needs to stick with that imho radio or no radio the blues is his talent
