I entered the contest to record a song with Slash

. For someone like me this is a long shot to say the least, but its a small chance to get my music heard. Some of you have heard the Demo's I have been writing in this thread:

You can tell I have a very limited setup that limits the quality of my recordings, but I think the passion and drive that I have are pretty well represented. So who is to say that a out of work coal-miner from WV can never rise above the challenges that life deals. I spend hours everyday writing, recording, playing and even on this forum talking about the music that I am passionate about.

That's his guitar and the 3 piece top has been discussed before I believe.

Hey Guys,

I entered my 3 new, better quality studio tracks to the contest (In My Mind, Chosen, & I Still Love You) . I was unaware that due to the strange "buzz Factor" formula by doing so I will lose some ground in the point system for the contest..

I am glad that I was able to get the new tracks entered and feel confident that by doing so the little ground that I lost will be made up with your help. Please check them out and if you like them give me your vote so we can bring this contest home.

Thanks everyone who has voted so far, I really feel like this coal-miner from WV can achieve big things and nothing is impossible unless you don't try
