The contest ended at midnight and I finish with a 94.2% rating..Anything over 89% would get you in the final mix to be reviewed by Slash and Mike Clink.. Over 1 hour after voting ended my score dropped to 88.2% and I am out
This is very sad and confusing but I will roll with it.. Thank you River, Jonesy, and all the guys here at the forum for voting and trying to keep me alive in this contest.. How do you go from a 94.2% to an 88.2% AFTER the voting ended?...Strange.

UPDATE!!!!!
I sent Guitar Center/Famecast a message asking why my rating dropped in the Slash contest after it was over and they said I have not been eliminated.. They also said my songs were sent to Slash with the other top acts for him to decide the winner.. I dont know what to believe now, but I did check and my score was restored on their site... Email sent From Famecast: "There was a technical error that caused it to appear some had been, but it was simply an error. We apologize for the error and inconvenience. Slash is reviewing the top bands and will decide who advances. Good luck in the contest. The FameCast Team" So, who knows..... Last edited by Deguello; 05-21-2010 at 12:55 AM. |
