Re: Andy Mckee

Yeah, he's one of the good ones.

Like Tommy Emmanuel and Michael Hedges.
No electric players can do it for me as much as Hedges did, and these guys try too.

Good choice Tell others.

There's more to the world than Clapton, Greene and Slash, really!

Some folks say a Tele is the instrument that separates the players, real players show their stuff on a Tele. Nah, an ACOUSTIC is the tool that really shows an artists soul. Keep people interested while playing acoustic, now that's a lot of work.

Andy and company can though.

Harpozep, look at this guitar he's playing! Not a harp, but still sweet!

Very nice playing. He has much more than a clue! Thanks, I'll keep my eye on him.

I'd prefer a stripped down version , with no synths or percussion. But that's just my preference. I like to see/hear what a person can do alone with one acoustic guitar.

Looks like he took time off from skatboarding to play a bit.

All is cool. I checked out more of his stuff too. Very energetic, but still a bit over produced. Definitely a find. Thank you

Back atchya, try this guy out. He's structured, but nails the pieces he goes for:

As far as electric guitar players go. I would agree with that statement.

For me there are two types of players, electric and acoustic/classical guitarist. Acoustic players are a breed of their own. No pedals or effects. Just wood, strings and talent.
