Please rate my solo and tone!!!

Just wanted you guys to give me your opinion on my solo for this really great track my band have. I feel really proud it (I'm sure you guys have all had that feeling about a tune youve played on). And Im not being arrogant cos all credit to my bass player who wrote and sang the tune and played all guitar parts as mine is purely the lead which I wrote myself in like 5 takes, but was just inspired by the song to come up with some beautiful melodies. A nice song within a song. Anyways enjoy heres the link, the track is Sorrow For Sinners and the solo starts at 2.14 but I advise you to listen to the whole track cos it really is a great song!

Great song and solo. Your web site looks cool also, but I'd change "seams" to seems in the text. Everything looks and sounds so professional that it stands out a bit.

Sounded a little like Metallica to me, hmm maybe something like 'Unforgiven' with the minor feel to it.

I am saying that, I don't know if it is in a minor key just going by me ears!

Sounded great! Had to vote for "Good" because I felt the solo was... how do I put this... "separating" from the song for a few moments, but then it came back.

I believe you "went away" aprox. in 2:28 and came back with a nice note on 2:33.

The band are now in decision if to up the anti and make it a full band song.

nah i've checked it intonation is fine just prob went a bit sharp on the bend!
