QOTSA (queens of the stone age) appreciation thread!
any Queens fans here? they're in my top five favorite of all times, and i've listened to something by them at least once a week for years and years. josh is a talented mother f'er, and has many side projects that are just as awesome.
here's them at Glastonbury just last night (i wasn't there) performing one of my favorite songs:

I'm a fan. I have all their studio albums, a few DVDs, and have seen them live once.
Any fans of Songs for the Deaf should also check out Them Crooked Vultures. You get that same Josh/Dave vibe going on!

Re: QOTSA (queens of the stone age) appreciation thread!
i had the chance to see Vulchers twice in a week, and passed up both times. i'm still kicking myself. once in detroit, then i flew to NYC and they were playing at the Garden a few nights later, when i was there.
i have every Queens album, a few Desert Sessions tracks, Them Crooked Vulchers (i too am eagerly anticipating the next one), and everything by Eagles of Death Metal, josh's other band. i also saw Queens once, but they seem to play the west coast a lot more.

can't forget Mark Lanegan! (screaming trees, qotsa, some nirvana and a lot of solo work)

I'm a bit of a Kyuss/John Garcia fan, but I try to keep up with all former Kyuss members, including Josh ofcourse.
Great band with a unique style (QOTSA)
