Re: Susan Tedeschi's non-tele....what is it?

It's a D'Angelico New Yorker. It's gorgeous.
I was working the stage at this summer's Blues Fest when she and Derek played. I was able to check out all their equipment and hang with them for the day. Very cool people!
I'll get some pics up here for you in a moment....

I love Susan, seen here twice with that guitar, she sure knows how to make it sing. I'd love to catch her perform with Derek

yes indeed it does, i could have sworn seeing something else on the headstock, maybe it was a different one, she plays several tele style guitars if i recall correctly.

If I remember correctly it is a Fender. I don't have a headstock shot however.

For some reason I seem to recall it being a Squire. Oh well.

Here's one featuring the guitar inquestion:

Anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new live CD in the mail.

Susan and Derek certainly deserve all the accolades and success they are experiencing.

I like to call him 'the grandfather'. Some people are just introvert or far beyond their age. Whatever works, he's the master of his domain...
