Re: Susan Tedeschi's non-tele....what is it?
It's a D'Angelico New Yorker. It's gorgeous.
I was working the stage at this summer's Blues Fest when she and Derek played. I was able to check out all their equipment and hang with them for the day. Very cool people! I'll get some pics up here for you in a moment....

I love Susan, seen here twice with that guitar, she sure knows how to make it sing. I'd love to catch her perform with Derek

Re: Susan Tedeschi's non-tele....what is it?
her tele isn't a tele either. I believe it too is some smaller company
seen derek and susan countless times over the years, just fantastic, and their current band is just amazing, bringing back the 60's soul, amazing amazing amazing concert, go see them.

yes indeed it does, i could have sworn seeing something else on the headstock, maybe it was a different one, she plays several tele style guitars if i recall correctly.

If I remember correctly it is a Fender. I don't have a headstock shot however.

For some reason I seem to recall it being a Squire. Oh well.
Here's one featuring the guitar inquestion:

Anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new live CD in the mail.
Susan and Derek certainly deserve all the accolades and success they are experiencing. |
