Hey all, Just wanted to mention how great the service is with Brett7k @ Eddie's Guitars. I don't know if your PM box was full or you just blew me off but I inquired about an amp a few weeks ago with no reply. If you weren't interested or didn't have one in stock a quick reply would have been nice. Left a sour taste in my mouth and purchased elsewhere. I tried you first as I ordered a nice amp from you guys in the past and got a good price.

That has happened a few times to me, as well, but I just sent him a second message and he responded right away. People just get busy and bogged down. Happens to me often at work, too. I'm sure Brett gets a million and one PMs here each day. If you really want to get in touch with somebody, email them directly or, better yet, pick up the phone.
Anyways, Brett is great. I will let you know why in a few weeks.

From my experience Brett doesn't ignore customers...he might have had a few days off...it does happen from time to time.

I'll stand up for Brett too, he's always got back to me quickly and offered great service.
It's your loss if you miss out on the prices and customer service because you didn't pick up the phone or send another message a couple of days later.
