1974 Traynor YBA1 Head @ Thunder Road Guitars

Canadian Thunder!!! Here we have a 1974 Traynor Bass Master YBA1 amplifier. These amps in a way are sleepers, but the folks who are hip to them know how COOL they are. These are loud and have some of the best break up out there. Nice mids and crunch as well as big low end. Missing the front logo. All original and recently serviced.

Check out Thunder Road Guitars for info and price.

Cool Pinkie. These are great amps. PM me if you'd like to discuss this one.

@ thumpalumpacus very cool story about the Traynor in the trash. A few years back I came across an old couple that "threw away" an old Gibson amp and were getting ready do the same with the "old student guitar" (1957 Junior).

Epic story!

For $599, that is an incredible value for how awesome this sounds. Somebody definitely needs to check it out!

Re: 1974 Traynor YBA1 Head @ Thunder Road Guitars

The one I'm looking at is $499.00 which is OK as long as it works fine.
Will test it out in a few days and hopefully it will be a solid amp.
If any one has a break down of serial numbers to go by that would be great.

Why don't you just buy Thunder Road's? Then you can rest assured that it is what it is and that its functioning correctly.
thunderroadguitars likes this.
