i realized i was different by 12. i didn't act on those feelings until i was 20 though. i was a very late bloomer and shy.

my father saw i was different before anyone else, including me. he physcially, mentally and emotionally abused me trying to get rid of it. after he passed it was hard for me to come out. it wasn't until i was 30 that i came out to my family. most are alright with it. some seem to have issues but keep quiet about it and get along for the sake of getting along. it's actually brought my youngest sister and i closer together. she's very supportive. but i'll tell you something. being "out" is a lot more fulfilling and rewarding than not.

i had two les pauls and i met a guy with a strat. i tried it and liked it so much i tried to trade him my second lp for it. but my next guitar is going to be an ibanez pointy guitar i think. i want to learn to shred a little. and play higher up on the neck.

i met her online thru a personals site. we emailed each other back and forth for over a year. then finally decided to meet. so i came out to ontario from quebec by bus and stayed a week. we found enough interest in each other for me to move out here the very next month and something special grew between us.
