So my girlfriend watches girls of the Playboy mansion and Hef's 2 new " girlfriends " were doing a calender signing at a store and there are the usual pervs and dirty mac wearers there but also parents were taking their kids to get shit signed by the bunnies.
At what point did pornography become acceptable for kids and is this only a Playboy thing?. You dont see many parents here buying jizz mags for their kids, it just seems a strange phenomenon that makes Playboy mainsteam they even have kids clothes and stuff............discuss

I have the playboy channel now on digital tv.The content of that is rated W for weak. Nice girls but not much happening. It's like watching the blond brunette and redhead threads on here only you see the boobs so It's a notch up lol.

One of the trick-or-treaters in my neighborhood last week was dressed up like a playboy bunny (not a regular bunny - trust me, I asked

). Girl couldn't of been more than 10. I would of loved to slap that one's mother.

My aunt is a cosmetologist and some of the fashion magazines she gets have as much T&A as Playboy.

Its not for kids. Even though my grandfather had a stack of them next to the
toilet (reading material you know?) I've looked at Playboy since I was about 5.
It's not "High Society" or any of the other "porn" mags.

If my son was to happen upon a nude magazine, I would
prefer it be Playboy. Even though it's not the most realistic
magazine as far as the pics, they're air-brushed up and down.

and, IMO, the cartoon funnies (1976-1985) were pretty damn amusing.

I agree with you there. But also with most if not all of the other posts. It's not pornography, it's tacky crap.

I see otherwise apparently good and caring parents allowing their 13-year-old daughters to wear hair, clothing, and makeup like one sees on that show, and I just don't get it (or like it). But I'm old, and we old farts have always felt the younger generations were headed for hell in a hand basket. So I dunno...

I dont think Kids should be looking at Playboy, but at the same time Playboy is not pornography. You see more naked skin on daily newspapers and on TV than in any playboy.

As for the merchandising of the Playboy symbol, that's just good marketing. For kids the bunny symbol is cool, even though they don't know what's behind it all.

Mine was of course the inevitable stack of Playboys under my parents bed. I found them when I was nine and memorized just how to restack them so dad could never tell they were looked at.

I was 7 or 8 years old the first time I saw such a mag. I had to take a leak, so my parents stopped at this gas station, and they had a stack of mags on the toilet that was unreal.
