I asked her if she wanted to grab something to eat sometime, maybe dinner, and she said, "dinner would be okay, as long as it's within this hour , etc..."

I don't know what to feel whether to be excited that I have a date or disappointed because of her choice of words...

I am really bad at reading between the lines...

I'm planning on bringing her to a nice little Italian restaurant that serves the best pizza here in the city. That and their awesome wine menu will be the highlight of the meal.
