Ever look at the reply box? Click on it once in awhile. Many interesting facts can be gleaned from its observance.

Threads are nice, whatever the topic.

When ones post count in a single thread , by a single member go over 25% of the total post count of the entire thread , it might/should signal a red flag,(in your mind). There are are a few very valid reasons why one might post many times in a single thread. When it happens time and time again , it might indicate another issue or non issue altogether depending how you look at it.

Just a thought. Have a nice night /morning depending on where you reside. Love you.

OK, so I'm a bit buzzed and didn't place this thread in the right area. Maybe one of the mods could please move it backstage? Thanks.

(I would post again - but it would put me over the 25% maximum post ratio per thread. This is not a post, as it is inside if "( )'s" - after we get 2 more posts in this thread, Mac can reply - but probably won't at this point, as he would be violating his "rule.")

(You are clearly in violation of the 25% rule.)

Evidence was my best non-seminar grade in law school and it is a major area for testing on the bar. This is the good stuff IMHO, you'll ace it. :thumb:

(Not if the practice exams are any indication!! A few big cases came down in the past year since you took Evidence: all lab tests/reports are now considered testimonial and require the lab tech to come in under the confrontation clause; and hearsay as it relates to procuring the unavailability of a witness through killing them now requires an analysis of the REASON for the killing - unless it was done with the intent to prevent them from testifying, the hearsay stays out. A big "oh no!" for dead women with prior statements to police regarding domestic violence. I wonder if these kinds of derailments are the motive behind the OP starting this thread!? :laugh2: )

Mac should be more or less specific about what he means.
