Phantom of the Paradise
Long shot...anybody like this movie?,I saw it as a kid in the '70's and scared the shite outa me. Eventually became one of my favorite movies, I F**king love it,it drips Seventies style of course and the music is great!
Maybe its a Canadian thing?,I heard it did well in certain areas of Canada. |

Re: Phantom of the Paradise
Holy shit only 2 people like this movie...wasn't even a longshot heh. I agree,I think Paul Williams is a great songwriter and good actor, unfortunately will be remembered more for writing some bad theme music.

Re: Phantom of the Paradise
Three then. I enjoyed it back in the day and still do today. It was on cable, late at night, a few months back. Paul Williams was an excellent songwriter. He did some shite movies like "Battle for the Planet of the Apes", but is popping up with nice roles in A movies these days, but the name of the last one escapes me at the moment. Good on him
