These are the ones I am most interested in, The Ritenour, and Johnny Winter, long over due and much deserved, Lifesons 355 is a very nice touch as well, sure to have the widest amount of tones possible , The rest are okay, nothing to scream and shout about though as far as I am concerned but that's just me

Re: Big announcements at NAMM
It would be almost too sweet if there was a Slash model made by USA instead of the CS - since all of his sig models - to include Epi - have had long neck tenons... maybe we'll be seeing a long neck tenon Standard for under $2500 street price??? THAT would be fantastic!

Re: Big announcements at NAMM
Only half?
He could be comatose and still be playing circles around most of us![]() Really though, yes, he was helped on and off the stage, but once he was sitting and in the zone, MAN he was hot! I hope that was your experience as well..........? But yes, his prime of health is long past. Better living through chemicals and all that. I may get in line for one of his signature models. One can never have enough cool Gibsons ![]() Here he is straying a bit off the Gibson path:

Re: Big announcements at NAMM
Dan Erlewine , an Austin based Luthier built that guitar for Johnny some ages ago, its become a favorite ( Dan also built Albert King's last " Lucy ")
Harpo, thats how it was when I saw em also, and his second guitarist really only did a song or two with Johnny, acted more as his tech and assistant I'd love to have a Winter Signature Firebird, I had one Firebird V , not long ago, and Johnny was still the influence for that When I was just starting with my Les Paul, somebody gave me, Johnny Winter- Austin Texas, This is the same recording as the " Progressive Blues Experiment" A MUST Have for true Blues Lovers and Johnny Fans I now have multiple copies burned onto CD
