Wouldn't more gas tax be cheaper and easier to implement? I think those in Congress are retards!

eliminate the income tax, a fed flat tax of 10% on everything you buy.
the more you spend the more you pay.
this eliminates all the bogus tax deductions enjoyed by the rich.
no more tax refunds, no more filing taxes, eliminates the IRS.just imagine the savings.
