Broke ground on the new shop Saturday....

And decided it was a great day for a Q. The shop is not huge but considering I started on a motel room floor in front of the bathroom, then went to my fender tweed case in my bedroom this freaking rules.

Ahhhh yes the wife helping me with the pork spare ribs

On the Grill

Jack soaked Hickory

After 5 hours of pure smoke.

And today they formed it up

They say about 5 weeks for it to be done but woooooo freaking hooooooo

Ahhh, brain overload. Came in excited for a build thread and was blindsided by ribs. Too much to process at once.

Aahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, ribs. I chose ribs. Mmmmm, ribs.

Re: Broke ground on the new shop Saturday....

Extremely cool!

It looks like you have a very nice piece of property up in the hills there. I've always loved that area and we tried to buy a place up there but it just wasn't practical for us due to work constraints. A member of my family used to own the Maverick Pines restaurant that is just off of Highway 44.

If you do wind up throwing a grand opening BBQ, I'd love to attend.

@ Marrow... I am in Shingletown about 40 minutes from Redding.

Neo any time.

Cloverdale. You do not need a grand opening to come by just give me a call prior to showing up.

This stands for anyone. I love visitors. It means i do not have to drive 40 minutes to go be up Romans Arse. Even though he is here as much as I am there. But hjell yeah anyone anytime just call first and I got beer and if you call early enough BBQ can be arrainged.

Congrats and thanks for doing your part to expand the economy.

Has the EPA been out to inspect your environmental impact countermeasures? They can smell a growing business like we can smell BBQ

Good luck.
